The following policies and guidelines are designed to help create a smooth and positive experience for both our clients and our team.

Please review the information below regarding orders, cancellations, privacy, and general service expectations.
  • A signed agreement or invoice approval may be required to confirm your order. Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to the event date depending on order size and timing.

    Accepted payment methods may include:

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Zelle

    • Venmo

    • Other approved payment methods

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event may qualify for a partial refund.

    Due to the preparation and purchasing of fresh ingredients:

    • Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event may be non-refundable.

    • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and food sensitivities whenever possible. However, our kitchen may handle:

    • dairy

    • gluten

    • nuts

    • soy

    • eggs

    • other common allergens

    We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

    Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming their order.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on location, order size, and scheduling.

    Delivery fees may apply and will be discussed prior to confirmation.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

  • For quality and safety purposes:

    • Perishable items should be refrigerated promptly.

    • Little by Little Catering Co. is not responsible for food once it has been delivered or picked up and left unrefrigerated beyond recommended food safety guidelines.

  • Guest count adjustments, menu modifications, and event changes should be communicated as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate updates depending on timing and product availability.

  • We may photograph select catering setups or menu items for portfolio, website, or social media use unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

  • Little by Little Catering Co. proudly serves San Diego and surrounding areas.

  • Event Notice

    Little by Little Catering Co. requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all catering orders to allow time for thoughtful preparation, fresh ingredient sourcing, and scheduling.

    As a small family-operated business, availability may be limited depending on event size and timing.
